Job Description

Manages and directs the strategic process improvement, and control initiatives. Leads from initiative conception through implementation. Drives the development and enhancement of measurement and analytical methodologies. Oversees the development of initiative training materials. Advises business groups and provides strategic direction on initiative selection, integration, resources and prioritization. Ensures initiative alignment with business vision, strategy and deployment within company. Directs the survey and analysis of technique and process best practices. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function. Personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
