What You Will Be Doing
We're seeking a Project Manager, Advanced Engineering, to lead critical initiatives in golf ball manufacturing and testing from independent research and development to full-scale implementation. This role oversees a diverse portfolio of projects, including capital expansions, advanced technology integration, new testing and inspection systems, and equipment modernization. You'll drive all aspects of project management, including scope development, justification, risk analysis, scheduling, progress control, cross-functional leadership, and budget management. Success in this role requires strong verbal and written communication, meticulous documentation oversight, and effective handoff to operations as projects transition into production.
What You Bring
BS in Mechanical Engineering or BS in Project Management required.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing machinery development, design, and project management.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong 3D CAD design experience.
BS in Project Management required if candidate does not hold a BSME

Pay Range: $123,683.00-$157,661.00
