Job Description

Responsibilities

The Clinical Engineering Specialist-Sterilizer services and repairs sterilizers and washers manufactured by Getinge and others, as well as general medical equipment. The position ensures supported technologies are functioning as designed to achieve minimal downtime and high quality/proper outputs.

Qualifications

Required:

• With Associate Degree - Electrical Program: Three years in the repair and maintenance in sterilizers and washers
• Without Associate Degree - Electrical Program: Completion of Electronics or U.S. Military Biomedical equipment technology program and three years in the repair and maintenance in sterilizers and washers

Desired:

• Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician
• Certified Laboratory Equipment Specialist
• Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist
