Requirements
- Design mechanical systems for new facilities, additions, and renovations
- Provide technical leadership for construction drawings and specifications
- Conduct existing system studies and master planning
- Perform QA/QC of detailed design documents, reports, and studies
- Meet and collaborate with clients, project teams, code officials, and contractors
- Manage workload assignments for the Orlando mechanical department
- Mentor and develop mechanical engineers and designers through coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback
