Requirements

High-energy engineering leader with hands-on manufacturing experience
Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams while driving cost reduction and process improvements
Strong background in tooling design, robotics/automation, and continuous improvement
Customer-focused with excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting quoting, cost analysis, and manufacturability reviews
Proficiency with CAD software; robotics experience preferred
Leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
